Personal coaching in your movement practice just for you. Recognising that you are a unique human and have your own body and way. Cameron Angus uses a 40 year experience in taking individuals on movement for physical and mental health journeys and integrate this with your aims, whilst helping you discover more about the joy of movement and the wellbeing it creates.  Cameron has taken people from severe physical and mental trauma, chronic pain or just realising that they don't know their bodies  to a better movement experience and the wellbeing of feeling connected physically and mentally to themselves and their surroundings.
